Booking Terms and Conditions

Meals at Palazzola

  • Daily full board consists of breakfast, lunch, and supper.

  • Breakfast is from 8am* to 9am, lunch is at 1pm, and supper is at 7.30pm.

  • If you foresee that your arrival time does not coincide with meal times, please let us know in advance. We may be able to arrange a later meal, depending on the time of arrival.

  • If you would like an extra meal at the start or end of your stay, please pre-book this and pay for it when checking in. The cost is €15 per person, per meal.

  • Please note that we cannot offer a reduction or refund for meals not taken.

  • If you are leaving Palazzola before 7.30am, we can offer a light breakfast. Please order it at least 24 hours before departure.

* Breakfast for groups begins at 7.30am.


Individuals

  • To secure your booking, a non-refundable holding deposit is payable, equivalent to the amount of one night’s stay.

  • A further deposit of 40% of your stay is required six weeks before arrival.

  • The balance is payable upon departure.

  • At the moment of booking, you will be issued an invoice that shows the total price, the amounts payable for the first and second deposits, and the amount to be paid upon departure. Any extra expenses will be added to your final bill.

  • Where payment is made by credit or debit card, Palazzola will automatically deduct the amount payable for the second deposit.

  • We strongly recommend that guests have travel insurance cover in the event of cancellation.

Cancellations

  • Please note that the first deposit is not refundable. If for whatever reason you do not pay the 40% six weeks before arrival, your booking risks being cancelled.

  • If you cancel before your second deposit is due, the holding deposit remains non-refundable but can be added to a new booking within twelve months of your original arrival date, subject to availability.


Groups

  • To secure your booking, a non-refundable holding deposit is payable, the amount of which and date of payment will be communicated to you on booking.

  • A second payment will be required six weeks before arrival. The amount to pay for the second payment will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

  • The balance will be required on arrival.

  • We strongly recommend that guests have travel insurance cover in the event of cancellation.

Cancellations

  • If you find you need to cancel more than twelve weeks before your scheduled arrival, you may transfer your deposit to a new booking within twelve months of your original arrival date.

  • Note that in the case of wedding cancellations, there may be further costs payable, arising from any expenses incurred by Palazzola.
