If you are coming by car, make for the Rome ring road signposted Grande Raccordo Anulare or GRA, and take exit 23 in the direction of Albano/Ciampino (do not follow Ciampino centro!).

Continue for around 1.6 km on the SS7 and take the exit marked Marino — Via dei Laghi. Follow the SS217 for about 7 km and you will come to another crossroads. Take the direction marked Rocca di Papa — Velletri.

After another 4 km—much of it along Lake Albano—you will find our drive on your right, marked Palazzola on a sign. You will need to ring our doorbell (Ufficio) when you approach the bollards at the top of the road. Once these are lowered, proceed down the road and park your car in the spaces outside the front door.

If you are using a GPS navigator, the coordinates of the entrance to our drive are 41.7463ºN, 12.6915ºE.

Flights to Rome Ciampino

Rome’s second airport, Ciampino, is only about 8km from Palazzola. Ryanair flies to Palazzola from Dublin, East Midlands (summer only), Edinburgh, Glasgow Prestwick (summer only), Manchester, and Stansted. Look at schedules and pricing on Ryanair’s website.

From Rome Termini take metro linea A to Anagnina. There, take the Cotral bus (marked Rocca di Papa via Via dei Laghi). Ask the driver for Via dei Laghi, Convento di Palazzola.
